32 years old....yikes, time is
flying way too fast!!!
On April 10th I turned 32!!! I can now say I'm IN my 30's and life is pretty good. I've always heard ladies say that they love their 30's. It's a time where you really get to enjoy your kids without them causing you too much drama YET, you still feel young, and you've still got some energy!!! I must say I'm not feeling so much energy right now though. For my birthday I had lunch with different groups of friends, got a pedicure, got my hair done, did a little prego shopping, and enjoyed my birthday dinner with the family at Osaka (like Bennihana's). It was a very relaxed, low-key, NO BASEBALL, kind of day and it was perfect!!!

Those of you who have visited me know that we have the cutest little town square full of dining and shopping. Ryleigh's little preschool class took a field trip to the square and enjoyed ice cream under the gazebo, and a walk through the fire tucks. Look at all of these little preschoolers that will be big kindergartners next year. YAY!!!

New favorite lotion....So I have SUPER dry skin and I've tried everything....especially on my upper arms. I picked this up from Wal Mart a few weeks ago (yes it's for babies), and I swear to you I have smooth upper arms for the first time ever. I thought I'd share for those of you who have the same DRY problem!!!

Easter weekend in Atlanta
BEWARE: picture overload (that's all people want to look at anyway right)!!!
SIX FLAGS OVER GEORGIA!!!
The kids had a blast at Six Flags. It was a super hot day and we got lots of use out of our $12 refillable mugs...which I always recommend buying. I did lots of walking and sitting but it made it easier on Dave and Carson making it so they could go on all of the rides and we didn't hold them back. It was definitely a great day at the the park!!!
The girls will find animals wherever they go. They can't get enough of them!
Funny shot: I was taking a pic of Scott and his family when everyone else decided to spray them down with silly string. Pretty funny!
My sister in law Kim's parents definitely entertained us...Southern style of course. We ate wonderfully (minus the sweet tea haha!!), they had a hunt for the kids, and a great yard for the boys to play golf in. What a sweet lady her Mom was and treated us just like kin'.
Olympic Park with the kiddos!
Blake and Carson showing us their new Braves get up!!!
CNN center...so funny that it's produced in a red state!!!
WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN ATLANTA AS WE ALWAYS DO. THAT CITY HAS SO MUCH TO OFFER, INCLUDING HUMIDITY AND HEAT ;) THANKS SCOTT AND KIM FOR EVERYTHING. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL HOSTS!!!

Preschool Egg Hunt
Here's Ryleigh at her preschool Easter egg hunt. It was simple and quick. Just the way we like it!

I always get the kids pictures taken professionally for Easter, but this year we were on a tight schedule so I decided to take them myself....Note to self: Do not take your own children's pictures...I became "mean mom" for about 30 minutes. I was trying to get these in before the rain and threatening the girls every 5 minutes not to get mud on their dresses. I think the dog behaved the best~even with bunny ears and all. Here's what we had when all was said and done and I think they turned out pretty cute.
Happy Easter everyone...We're on our way to Atlanta and hope you all have a wonderful Holiday weekend as well!!!

IT'S A BOY!!!
We found out yesterday that we're having a boy. That makes two of each and I think that's pretty perfect. I really was expecting a girl so it was a fun surprise. Dave and Carson as expected are so excited.
I love this picture~He has his hands up in the air like he's ready to catch a football. He's definitely already taking after his big brother!!!
We celebrated with a small "blue" party. Of course we really just wanted a healthy baby and everything still looks good so far. We couldn't be happier or feel more blessed.
