HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY TO OUR BABY EVAN!!!!

So can somebody please tell me where the time went, because I'm pretty sure I just had this little guy. I can't believe how fast this year has gone by and I can't believe how HUGE my one year old is. Evan is such a joy in our lives and brings such a light to our family. It's been a while since we've had a baby in the home and I forgot how many small moments of laughter and sweet smiles it brings. Evan is definitely our caboose and so I'm really trying to cherish some of the last "little" moments that I will experience as a mother. What a blessing it is to be a MOM especially to such a sweet little boy. We just love this little guy to pieces!!!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL 2011-2012

Well here he is-our big middle schooler!!! I think Dave and I were by far more nervous than Carson. He did great though. After working out a few organizational skills and getting his timing down he has really learned to like middle school. PHEW!!!!!!

The girls headed up to their first day with their BFF's Tyler and Olivia Collier. Wouldn't be a first day without them. It's been tradition for 6 years now. We'll see how much longer they'll let us take this first day picture.....probably not long.

FINALLY!!!!!! I am done posting pictures from our California Adventure. As you can see, we had a wonderful time. We are so grateful to my Mom and Dad, for the memories they have given to us. Like my Mom told me..."one of the best gifts you can give your children, is the gift of anticipation". That's exactly what we had....we were so excited and all of the anticipation paid off.

Characters and Jay Leno

It was my Grandma Elene's 80th Birthday and she's a die hard Jay Leno fan so with lots of help from Ranae's friend Steve, she not only got tickets to the show, but all of her kids and most of her grand kids got in....and drum roll SHE GOT BACKSTAGE PASSES AND A PIC WITH LENO HIMSELF!!!! She absolutely loved it. We saw Giliean Anderson, Steve Carell, Aziz Ansari, and Kelly Rowland. It was a lot of fun and so fun to see the look on my Grandma's face. Happy 80th Grandma!!!!

I think we had just as much fun eating and talking at Downtown Disney as we did in the acutal parks. It was always a nice break away from the people and the lines. If you ever go there you MUST eat at the mexican restaurant Tortiall Jo's-hands down the best!!!
