I saw this on Oprah last Friday and was really touched by it. No matter our feelings on the new or old President of the United States of America, I think one thing we need to remember is in the end they are both fathers who are deeply respected and loved by their daughters. I can't imagine how hard it would be to be the First daughters. I wish both the Bush and Obama daughters luck in the future.

Seriously, what can't Justin Timberlake do??? It's no secret that I think he is so talented and very funny too. This was on SNL a while back, but I keep meaning to post it and forget. Anyhoo....It's JT dancing with Beyonce' to "Single Ladies". If you've seen the video than this is so funny!

MLK Weekend

We started the Holiday weekend out by going with the Smith's and the Stubb's to Stix. (Dave looks like he had a blast. HAHA!) Then we went back to the Stubb's and played a mean game of Scattegories and enjoyed homemade chocolate shakes, courtesy of Brandon.

The next day we got to spend a couple of hours with my Dad. He had a long layover in Memphis and took the family out for BBQ. He met Jim Neely, owner of Interstate BBQ, in the airport and so we decided to give his restaurant a try. YUM, YUM! Totally worth it, even if it is in Ghettoland! Thanks Dad. Always good to see you!
We ended the Holiday weekend by taking the kids to "Hotel for Dogs". It was a very cute flick and I totally recommend it. All in all, it was a great 4 day weekend. Back to the typical routine tomorrow.

So how's everyone feeling about the new judge Kara? I LOVED when she told the girl in the bikini to come naked next time. Very funny!

As of last week my brother in law is engaged to his gal Jenny. I'm so excited to have another sister in law in the family. It's been fun to be the first girl married into the family. I've had the chance to watch all my brother in laws date, fall in love, and get married. So far so good! They're all great picks!
