When it rains it pours!
Cara's Birthday, Carson's Birthday, Dave's Birthday, Vacuum cleaner went out, Dryer went out, bills are coming in from the miscarriage, all three kids have gone to the doctor, the car registration is up, just bought plane tickets to Utah, and of course CHRISTMAS...I mean seriously what else???
Happy Freakin' Holidays!

PHOTO TAG

For this tag you're supposed to open up your picture file, and blog about the fourth picture in the fourth file folder.
This is actually a fun picture to blog about. When Dave and I went home to Utah for Alyson's wedding two years ago, we went out with some of our "Bounty Cove" neighbors to Tepanyaki in Lehi. We were missing the Carlson's and the Wright's and I would have loved to have seen them too. We were somehow very lucky and blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful friends and neighbors in Lehi. I've never really missed my home but I have definitely missed the memories and friendships that were made there. Thanks you guys for being the most perfect neighbors!

I tag Natalie, Alyson, Shauna, Kim, Karen, and Amanda

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND
Saw this movie and love, love, loved it! We also saw "Bolt" and "Four Christmas", but I definitely recommend Australia!
Here's a picture my Mom sent me to remind us of our little angel Claire. We've had some sad days and may even have more ahead, but one things for sure, we've been blessed with three healthy wonderful children and we couldn't be more thankful, especially at this time of year for each one of their sweet spirits.

Last but not least, my weekend ended with lots of shopping. I made my lists, checked them twice, and pretty much came out with zero dollars in my pocket.

Crazy, hectic, emotional, fun filled week...so far!

I've had one of those crazy weeks and so far we're only three days into it. I guess the Holidays help to welcome most of that chaos though. Most of you know when I first moved to TN. I was pretty much ready to pack up and turn around, but I have to tell you the past couple of months have changed all of that. I have been blessed with some really wonderful friends here. Friends that help me get through crazy weeks, trying times, and are always there to listen when I need them. I love you all, you all know who you are!!! Here's just a few of my "Friend Moments" I have had this week~
Lots of phone calls from friends willing to listen as I vented.

Hobby Lobby and an evening dose of Hazelnut Hot Chocolate with Amy. (Yummy, if you haven't tried, it's a must!)
Watching The DWTS finale with neighbors! YAY for Derek and Brooke, you deserved it. Oh and by the way...how come my body doesn't look like that after kids. Hmmmm????
Dinner with Sheryl and Lanae at Red Robin's. One of my favorite restaurants. Sheryl I love you and I'm so happy to have you in my life.
Constant messages from old friends who still mean the world to me. The only negative to Facebook is that it's a constant reminder of how old we are getting and my husband is wondering if I'm ever going to get off the computer!
Christmas Shopping with Katie and Amy and yummy dinner at Russo's. Yay for Russo's and early Christmas Shopping.
GOTTA LOVE GOOD FRIENDS!

GO UTES!So you may ask if there are any Utah fans in Tennessee.....the answer would be yes, three of us, and here we are!
My attempt at making "U" cupcakes.
My friend Amy ( BYU fan) made this little shirt for her son. Although it's slamming Utah I thought it was very creative and cute.
Thanks Sharp's for having us over to watch the game. I was one happy wife when Utah won.
A Utah victory equals a happy husband!

"TIMEOUT FOR WOMEN"

"TIMEOUT"
Over the weekend some of my good friends in the Ward and I attended Deseret Books "Timeout for Women" in Nashville. It was a much needed vacation for all of us. We had a great time and kept very busy. Get ready...this is a long post but we just had so much fun so I wanted to share all of it.
These ladies( Erika, Tiffanie, Sheryl, Marianne, Kristen, Amy, and Cheri) are all wonderful women and friends of mine. It was so much fun getting to know them better. They all inspire me in different ways and make living in Tennessee feel like home.
I was inspired by all of the presenters and singers at Timeout. I loved listening to Hilary Weeks. She sang a beautiful song called "Just Let Me Cry". It was something I really needed to hear and it helped to put a close on many of the thoughts I've been feeling that past couple of months. She's amazing!
One of the best parts of my weekend was running into my old college roommate Lacey. I was so surprised and happy that it literally brought tears to my eyes. I love this girl and she clearly means so much to me. Lacey I love you to pieces!
After attending the seminars we shopped at Opry Mills Mall, ate at lots of yummy restaurants, got some girl talk in, toured around the Opryland Hotel, had pillow talk time at night, and just laughed lots. There's nothing like laughing until your stomach hurts (Marianne)!
Here's Marianne and I kickin' up our heels at the Wildhorse Saloon. We had a blast. I definitely used some muscles I haven't used for a while..ouch! Those of you who know me know this is one of my passions and it was perfect sharing it with a friend who does this for a living.
Thanks ladies for a fun night! It's so nice getting out and doing something that you haven't done forever.
Here we are at Opryland Hotel. For those of you who haven't been, you have to add this to your "to do" list. This place is amazing.
Once again, thanks ladies for a wonderful weekend!

BESTS DANCING WITH THE STARS PERFORMANCE EVER!

I've watched this show every season since it's debut and I've never seen a dance I've loved more. Leave it up to Derek and Julianne Hough to bring it!!! Even if you're not a fan this is great entertainment.
