Volleyball
Cara and the STRIKERS!

When Cara decided to quit dance this year I was a little worried that she wouldn't find her "thing".  She was a beautiful dancer but decided she wanted to move on.  Well it has been so much fun watching her improve as an athlete and more so as a volleyball player.  Those long skinny legs and competitive nature have definitely come into play.  She was very lucky to be placed on a great team {placed 2nd all around} with a fun loving "teenage" coach, Coach Rachel.  So glad she found her "thing"!
May 2014-Both my boys GRADUATE!!!!!
Evan graduated from his first year of preschool.  Preschool was a lifesaver for us.  Evan is so smart and so gifted.  Ms. Michelle worked so hard with him and brought out the best in him.  She was so patient and loving.  We love Collierville Presbyterian Day School.
My big boy graduates from Collierville Middle School
Carson has been blessed with some wonderful friends....friends that have amazing parents also.  Dave and I have enjoyed watching these boys grow and watching our friendships with their families grow also.  We can't wait to see what the future has in store for these fine young men.  I hope only the best as they enter the big bad world of high school...football, baseball and basketball coaches-here they come!!!!!

He'll always be our #1
MAY 2014
Memphis in May---one of my favorite months of the year.  The weather is perfect and we love the Fair on the Square.
The girls and Dave went down to Tupelo, Mississippi to help with the tornado clean up.  The devastation was so sad and such a humbling experience for all of them.  I was so happy to know that they could go help shed some light and be of service in such a devastating situation. #mormonhelpinghands
Evan with his church buds at the Memphis Botanic Gardens.  Love that I get to hang with their moms too!
REES FAMILY REUNION IN GATLINBURG

It's always so fun to get together with Dave's family.  There aren't many people who can stink up a room and make me laugh so hard!  We hiked the Smokies, went to Dollywood, of course played some board games and spent a night at the Dixie Stampede.  Jim and MaryAnn rented the most beautiful cabin.  It was definitely a sight to behold.  I could've snuggled up in a blanket with some hot chocolate all week.  No entertainment was needed with our surroundings.  I was truly blessed when I married into the Rees family.  Couldn't have gotten any luckier!
Happy Birthday to US!!!!!
Mom and Sister trip to Vegas Baby!!!

We had a super fun getaway to Vegas to celebrate me, Natalie and my Mom's birthday.  The plan was to go to California but the Cali weather was a little to chilly for us.  When all else fails, go to Vegas.  It's been a while since I had been there and I had obviously aged because I was exhausted.  I think we walked miles on the strip and ate enough food to make the miles worth it.  We went and saw "Jersey Boys" went to the new Carlo's Bakery, stalked the country music stars at the CMA awards, shopped and of course got our grub on! Any week with my mom and sisters is the best!!
APRIL 2014
Easter morning with the kids.  The Easter bunny was very kind this year and Grandma Shauna was also very kind to provide them with their super cute Easter clothes.
Evan with his preschool class ooing and ahhhing over the giant Easter bunny on steroids.  Very creepy if you ask me.
It's been a long time coming {like 9 years} and we finally have granite.  In my mind I was always on a staycation so no need to update.  I guess after 9 years this is no staycation.
The beautiful headstone that was picked out for my Grandma Elene.  Couldn't have been more perfect.  She would love it!
We're not messin around!!!!
